Submission conditions

Terms and conditions for commission and weight-based sales at Glam Up Kids AB

These general terms and conditions apply to the service "Commission Sales" and "Sales per kilo" that Glam Up Kids AB provides to customers who submit/send in their children's clothing to us for sale. In connection with the customer submitting/submitting children's clothing to us, an agreement is entered into between Glam Up Kids AB and the customer as set out in these general terms and conditions.

Mission:

The customer understands that they must sort the clothes before sending them to us. The clothes must be intact, clean and preferably no older than 5 years. We accept children's clothes from size Premature - 44 and up to size 128. Baby booties, caps, tights, hats, beanies, mittens, drool glasses and scarves are also accepted. Anything else that is too lumpy, affected by washing, has holes, stains or is too fluffy is always sorted out by the customer in the first place, these should NOT be sent in, if they are sent in anyway, they will be sorted out. We do not accept shoes, baby shoes, socks, blankets, baby carriers, travel bags, bedding, towels, blankets, sunglasses, jewelry and anything else not mentioned above. If they are sent in, they will be sorted out regardless of condition. The customer packages the clothes well and then returns to us via our submission form to receive the shipping label. We also ask customers to collect clothes before sending them to us, at least 50 garments per shipment is preferable, preferably in one large and full box/carton and not several small ones.
The customer sends the clothes via DB Schenker using shipping labels that the customer receives via email, where Glam Up Kids AB is responsible for the shipping or delivers them on site in Lund after agreement via our support.
When the customer sends in or hands in the clothes, the customer gives us the task of sorting and assessing which clothes we consider to be saleable and donating or recycling the clothes that are not considered saleable.
Glam Up Kids AB sells the goods in its own name on behalf of the customer who chooses commission sales.
In return for the service, the customer receives a commission on goods sold as described further down in the agreement under commission sales. If the customer has chosen to sell per kilo, the customer is paid per kilo of salable children's clothing as described further down in the agreement.

FOR CUSTOMERS WHO CHOOSE COMMISSION SALES:
(Information about price per kilo can be found further down in the agreement)

The whole process:

When the customer submits/sends the goods to us, the customer is registered in our customer register where the customer's name and contact information are saved.
After the goods arrive at our shop, we go through them (sorting), what we deem not saleable goes to Glam Up Kids AB and we donate, recycle or resell them as various clothing packages on marketplaces for second-hand products. After sorting, it is time for photography, pricing and registration of the clothes on our website for sale. The goods are with us for sale for 3 months.

When we are finished with the clothes, the customer will receive an email from us with relevant information about their sale with us. The customer will also receive a code that belongs only to their children's clothes and can be used on our website in the search field to see all children's clothes that are still for sale (sold garments will disappear from the website).
The goods are sold in two different channels, via the Glam Up Kids AB web store http://www.glamupkids.se and inside our Tradera store.

Pricing:

The customer understands that it is Glam Up Kids AB that prices the clothes, adjusts prices or sells the clothes during the entire sales period. What determines the price is the condition, the brand and demand, but above all the condition.

Payment of commission for commission sales:

The customer receives 30% of the sales price that we at Glam Up Kids AB sell the children's clothing for (minus a handling fee of 7 SEK per garment we try to sell which is deducted from the customer's commission. We do not charge any fees for discarded garments). The amount paid to the customer is before we deduct VAT, which increases the customer's share.
Glam Up Kids AB's share will cover VAT (we use profit margin taxation), sorting, warehousing, salaries, marketing, sales and other costs.

After the sale period is over, Glam Up Kids AB will go through all sold clothes. The clothes that are not sold will be transferred to Glam Up Kids AB and the customer's rights over these garments will cease.

We ensure that they are used in an environmentally friendly way. The clothes that go to Glam Up Kids AB are sent as gifts to our customers who shop with us or used in our campaigns, donated/sold to charities, organized flea markets and participated in various online marketplaces for second-hand items to increase awareness of the importance of second-hand in society.

We make a summary of your sales and send an email to the customer with all relevant information as well as a list where we specify which garments have been sold and for how much, plus which ones have accrued to Glam Up Kids AB and how much of the total amount is the customer's commission.
Payment is made via bank transfer. Glam Up Kids AB, when we send the customer an email with information about the sale, also asks for the customer's account details so that we can pay out the commission.
The commission is not paid until the sale period is over and may take a few days as this is done manually.

Termination of the agreement (commission sales):

The commission agreement comes into effect when the customer sends/delivers the children's clothing to us and ends when we end the commission, which is after 3 months but may take a few extra days as everything is done manually.
If the customer wants to terminate the agreement before the end of the period and get their clothes back, they can do so provided that we have not gone through the clothes before. The customer is responsible for the shipping when the clothes are sent back.
The customer understands that there is a large cost for Glam Up Kids AB both before (shipping to us plus administrative work) and after the sorting of the clothes has taken place, therefore we charge a fee of 400 SEK including VAT if the customer terminates the agreement after we have gone through the clothes. The customer is responsible for the shipping even then and understands that not all garments can be included as some have been sorted out.

If the clothes are already on sale, the agreement will continue until the end date of the sale.

Forfeiture of unclaimed commissions:

The customer is responsible for keeping track of their own sales and when they are completed. We will email the customer when the sale is completed with how much the customer will receive and instructions on how to get their money paid out. Glam Up Kids AB is not responsible for emails that end up in spam/trash or if the customer has entered an incorrect email address.

The customer must have claimed their commission within 12 months of the commission closing date. If not done so before 12 months, the customer's commission will expire and accrue to Glam Up Kids AB.

Theft, damage or loss:

Glam Up Kids AB is responsible for the customer's clothing while the clothing is with us for commission sales. In the event of damage, theft or loss, the customer will be compensated with the amount that corresponds to the customer's share if Glam Up Kids AB had sold all of their clothing.
If theft, loss or damage occurs before the children's clothing has been registered, the customer understands that we cannot calculate the customer's share if all the goods had been sold, but a payment will be made according to the weight of the box when it was sent to us at a kilo price of SEK 30/kilo. The weight is registered with the transport company where the customer submitted the box/boxes and we can find out the exact weight.

FOR CUSTOMERS WHO CHOOSE TO SELL THEIR CHILDREN'S CLOTHES PER KILO:

The whole process:

When the customer submits/sends the goods to us, the customer is registered in our customer register where the customer's name and contact information are saved.
After the goods arrive to us, we go through them (sorting), what we deem not saleable goes to Glam Up Kids AB and we donate, recycle or resell them as various clothing packages on marketplaces for secondhand products. After that, we photograph, price and register the clothes on our website for sale.

When we are finished with the clothes, the customer receives an email from us with a list specifying each individual garment, its weight and total weight, the amount for which we will purchase the customer's children's clothes, and instructions for payment.

The goods are sold via Glam Up Kids AB webshop. http://www.glamupkids.se and inside our Tradera store.

Payment of the kilo price:

After we have weighed all individual garments and obtained the total weight of the customer's children's clothing, the customer receives SEK 50 per kilo of children's clothing.

The customer receives all this information from us via email after we have sorted and registered the children's clothes in our system.

Payment is made via bank transfer within 3 weeks of receiving the customer's account details. Glam Up Kids AB, when we send the customer an email with information about the price per kilo, also asks for the customer's account details for payment of their children's clothing.

Termination of the agreement (price per kilo):

The agreement comes into force when the customer sends/hands in the children's clothing to us and ends when the sales period ends.
If the customer wants to terminate the agreement before the end of the period and get their clothes back, they can do so provided that we have not gone through the clothes before. The customer is responsible for the shipping when the clothes are sent back.
The customer understands that there is a large cost for Glam Up Kids AB after the sorting of the clothes has taken place, therefore we charge a fee of 400 SEK including VAT if the customer terminates the agreement after we have gone through the clothes. The customer is also responsible for the shipping.

If the customer does not sort the clothes or sends in what we do not sell:

If the clothes are not sorted (i.e. we clearly see that the customer did not go through the clothes at all) and the customer sends in what we do not receive, we reserve the right not to pay anything for the shipment. This is discussed with the customer in the matter via email. This is to reduce the risk of us receiving clothes that are in extremely poor condition, clothes that have been in storage and moldy, clothes that are incredibly dirty or clothes that are not the size we sell, which has happened more often now. This will be a very high cost for us in handling, warehousing and logistics to find new homes or recycle clothes we cannot sell. These clothes should not be sent to us for sale, but you must take the clothes to recycling yourself.

Expiry of unclaimed payments:

The customer is responsible for keeping track of their provided email address as we email the customer with information about how much we will buy their children's clothing for and with instructions on how the customer should proceed to get their money paid out. Glam Up Kids AB is not responsible for emails that end up in spam/trash or if the customer has provided an incorrect email address.

The customer must have claimed their commission within 12 months of the commission closing date. If not done so before 12 months, the customer's commission will expire and accrue to Glam Up Kids AB.

Theft, damage or loss:

Glam Up Kids AB is responsible for the customer's clothing until we have purchased it from the customer. At that time, ownership of the children's clothing is transferred to Glam Up Kids AB.
In the event of damage, theft or loss before ownership of the children's clothing has been transferred to Glam Up Kids AB, the customer will be compensated with 30 SEK per kilo according to what the box weighed when the customer sent it to us. This is registered with the transport company where the customer submitted the box/boxes and we can find out the exact weight.
